None of this is required. It is simply what turns one reply into an answer rather than into a question back.
- The email on your account
- If you are writing from a different address, say which one you signed up with — otherwise we cannot match you to an order.
- Which course or order
- The course name, or the order reference from your order history. “The technical analysis one” is usually enough too.
- What you expected, and what happened
- Including the exact wording of any error. A screenshot is worth more than a description of a screenshot.
- For access problems, your device
- Phone or laptop, and which browser. Access is limited to two trusted devices, and that is a common cause worth ruling out first.
